... well that the truth for your main body at least. And well I maybe late to point It out, but I suppose what your trying to do in the nameless temple is : to become supreme. After all without the Spell has long you figure out how to do so, you have no need for a 4th nightmare. And the same way the Spell make only the one who awakened able to use essence while naturaly essence manipulation is a requierement, only supreme have a domain under the Spell but maybe it's a requierement to become supreme naturaly.

What if they found the exploration report of forgotten shore and kingdom of hope ? They could probably figure out the one who wrote those 2 is the same person and that he has been forgotten.
