At full weight, they were 2,500 Kilograms and Rayleigh's enhancement Divine Script enhanced that weight by tenfold. Not ten times, but tenfold. Each weight acted on Rayleigh as if it weighed more than the entire Zoldyck Family Door and combined they were over a million kilograms. Thankfully it only affected Rayleigh and not the island or it would have sunk. And that was not the max he could use, that was just the max he could use while moving using at least a quarter of his max speed while being affected by the Law of Weakness. - JWG0399dCommented
Assuming that Ray masters all of the Flows of the World, would that not mean he can use such attacks with every swing of his sword? Considering Heart of the Sword allows perfect timing, why wouldn't he be able to?
Such an attack was of course only useful in very, very specific circumstances, but the capability to perform it demonstrated a level of mastery that only Swordmasters could achieve. - JWG0399dReplied to JWG039

This was obviously not the route Ryu wanted to go. When he first learned about his Bone Structure, his first thought was toward that fanciful dream of his of forming the Tenth Heaven within himself. His Bone Structure seemed to allow a chance to do just that. - JWG0394mthCommented
So I take it these other Wills are also at the 9th Dao Realm, unless they are a Supreme Law, leaving those at the 9th Intent Realm.
In addition, without even his meaning to, Dyon had comprehended a whole host of other wills. It actually wasn't his own fault, but rather that of [One Above All].
