... MC wasted so much time, it was honestly embarrassing to read. I was really enjoying this novel, but this test almost soured the whole novel for me. I acknowledge the need to hide his strength a bit, but this was just downright pathetic. He only showed a fraction of his power and he was still playing around! No wonder he didn't place 1st, tbh he doesn't even deserve his 2nd place. This was supposed to be an important test, but MC completely blew it.
Well, when you really compare the two... Sunny should be at least on par with Nephis, if not a bit stronger. That's even without counting echo's or shadows. Sunny has killed way more nightmare creatures, he has an aspect legacy and most importantly, he has marble shell. A ridiculously OP attribute.
Well, I just hope we can see Sunny showing off his power soon. He should be way stronger than almost any other Master, but we haven't seen him dominate in fights due to holding back or plot holes, kinda frustrating tbh. The newly ascended vampire shouldn't be a threat in terms of combat power. Mordret on the other hand... definitely need to watch out for that one, both in terms of combat power and schemes. The saints well... just avoid them, but Sunny and Nephis together could definitely kill one.
Yea, that's no silver spoon. It's something far beyond. This reminds of the p2w whales I used to see in games. However, I don't think this line up is as strong as you think. This obviously consumes way too much essence for Morgan to sustain, especially if she isn't a divine class, but someone with a single core. Also, since Shadows have a limit and occupy a whole core, I suppose they are quite a bit stronger than normal Echo's. Perhaps the Transcendent Titan Echo is only on par with Sunny's Saint.
Hehe, and now it's time to prepare for their arrival. How? By making Scavenger as strong as possible and turning him into the ultimate assassin. Also, he needs to farm nightmare creatures like usual, but this time Sunny really needs to focus more on increasing his shadow fragments. Perhaps he should also be searching for a suitable 3rd nightmare seed by entering gates, but I don't think there is enough time for that. At least not before the great clans arrive. However, only by turning into a Saint could Sunny really make a difference, since he would probably be the strongest in the human world if that were to happen.
The previous chapter was so full of hype, but this one eh... it's just a waste if you ask me. Why put off your decision? You could use the corpse of the fallen titan, your own flesh and perhaps the remains of the heart of darkness for the imp. I see no reason to wait, even if Sunny is on the verge of becoming a Tyrant. Unless of course, if becoming a Tyrant is something bigger for Sunny than just an increase in shadow cores. This could very well be the case, since Sunny probably isn't even human anymore, but a divine shadow.
Perhaps Sunny could put his mask on and 'transform' into Lord Mongrel before he goes all out. The battle is going to be hectic for sure, so this could leave an opening for him to do so. However, I feel like it's almost impossible not to get exposed regardless.
That's right, Sunny really needs to search for it asap. That's the only way to become stronger than Nephis.
Indeed, Sunny really needs another strong Echo. Even if Nightmare is ready to go, it's still not enough. Sigh, just look at how much he compromised himself in order to protect his sister. How much easier would it have been if he had Serpent? He really is a great big brother.
Indeed, but since Immortika said MC isn't a blanker in the first place... I'm guessing it's okay and acquiring the water element probably wouldn't hinder his future potential. I personally think MC could learn any element without limit, but he has to start out with 0% sensitivity towards it. This would be in line with how MC increased his power so far, starting from the bottom. Also, water magic would definitely come in handy during his journey on sea.
Aight, now MC shouldn't be hasty. They need to prepare, since taking him with him will definitely add on more assassins. He needs to heal his eye, he needs to learn magic and they both need to be equipped with the best gear they could get right now. So, he also needs to create atomic weapons.
Heh, MC got lucky this time. From the beginning it was a stupid idea to give this treasure. The probability of it turning into a bomb if used by someone else was quite big. Now it appears there was indeed a counter measure, but it turned out well for MC by coincidence. I hope he learns from it. MC should be much more careful from now on and he should start practicing magic asap.
So, she is able to notice such a small detail immediately? Her perception ability is off the chards... Unless author ignores logic, it's impossible to stay completely innocent with such an ability. She would smell things on people others wouldn't, smells that would reveal their secrets. Also, her x-ray eyes would notice hidden wounds better than anything else and with her inhuman perception she would be able to guess how they got them. How many vile deeds would she have noticed as a doctor who has treated thousands of patients...
Sigh, unless Chen Yuan's lifespan is running out due to poison... Maybe it's time for Chen Yuan to get adopted. She definitely needs people who truly care for her without strings attached. And since she hates the Chen family so much, why not change it to Nan Yuan? Hm, sounds good.
