I'm not gonna lie, I nearly dropped this novel twice, but begrudgingly continued because I had literally nothing else to ignore my beleaguered life with. Then, I'm not sure when, but this novel became insanely gripping and the comments built traction again. I thought I'd share, since most novels are the opposite.

Dear author, I'm loving what you're trying to do and want to succeed, so I'm letting you know what I think from an outside perspective. I can see how much you're influenced by COTE. However, it seems like you're seeking the rewards of the mystery instead of writing a story. COTE has a vibe where seemingly normal interactions are twisted behind the scenes. For example, a woman has Ayanokouji cook for her in one book, similar to your cauliflower soup scene. However, Ayanokouji agrees because he's forced to. People are trying to get him expelled, and she has him cook for her to get him expelled, and he exposed her and didn't get expelled at the end. It's all interconnected. Your scene, by contrast, is just feeding the character's desperation to get him to love her without reason. Later, the scene is meaningless as the Ayato deduces a random ruse in an unearned development. Not the same. Also, duly note that COTE's entertainment factor that balances the lack of action is the games. I'm a bit frustrated because I can see your talent and potential, but didn't get what you can bring. I hope you continue writing this style of novel. I'll look forward to your next work as you learn and improve. Thanks for writing! 🙏

It was true that I beat her this time. However, I was still far inferior to her in terms of chess. I only managed to win due to her underestimation of me and also some tricky tactics—if we were to play again, it would almost be guaranteed that I'd lose. It was the details of a school system which bred competition, a school system where only the strongest survived, and everyone else was slowly culled. It was his life's work, and only several days before his death was he finally able to finish it. From what I knew, there are only several copies of this book in existence. Some belonged to the most powerful education ministers in the country, and one of them belonged to me. This is delightfully shameless, since it's not even a actionable plug. It'd be another great plug spot, like in addition to A, B, and C, she also had X, Y, and Z. But instead it's just the author writing this other handle a hardcore fan. Ahem! Good friend. I love little stuff like this in web novels, it makes me smile
I turned around and looked at where I was. I was met by a small, girly room. There was a single bed with tons of pillows and a soft pink blanket. Around the room, there were various plants and different decorations on the walls. Some things I like about the novel: 1. I like the way the system looks. Petty but critical. 2. MC arrogantly streams his cheat advantage from the start instead of thinking a freak nuclear explosion will kill them if someone learns their name 3. MC becomes famous for something other than level grinding 4. I laughed until I was nearly hallucinating from oxygen deprivation from the end of chapter 14 to 16, so I wrote this review. However, I got most of the references 5. The MC has a personality
