Kaden was a prince (1000 years ago) so naturally the DeHaven house will always be loyal & serve Kaden even hundreds of years later. Which explains why Kaden is first in line to become the DeHaven Conglomerate's Chairman.

I don't think he cheated on her. Kaden is only interested in Lina. He could be asking her questions to see what she remembers. As for the comment about the Golden Rose, it could mean that Lina is missing something important from the legend. Perhaps one does gain immortality, but not in the way one might think. I'm just speculating here.
