Mental health doesn't really exist, which explains why there are so many extremist psychos in the world. This is a world where all that matters is hardwork, Talent, power, and deeds. Yeah but it's not like he asks them to do things he wouldn't do himself. The fact that they go along with his plans and unreasonable requests show how much they trust him. they know if he'd do the same if roles were reversed and often takes the most dangerous roles for himself.

Sounds like a good idea, something like gravity attribute or harden attribute would work for that. give it the ability to increase the gravity around it to make it harder for enemies to move and harder to damage it. the harden attributes can make its claws sharper and stronger.
