I've really enjoyed this series so far but when I look ahead and see the 42 (at present) chapter flashback sequence coming up I just can't x.x A flashback isn't meant to be its own spinoff series nor should enough time and events passed during a flashback sequence that it causes the reader to forget what the original story was about. and 42 chapters will certainly do that so I'll have to call it here for my read through, unfortunately. i do hope you pick backup this series and hopefully you decide to rethink the extremely long flashback and instead choose to sprinkle the information contained within the flashback so that it won't be overwhelming like the way it currently is. sprinkle past i formation, don't info dunp. and showing over telling only works for an emotional inpact you're trying to get across. i doubt all 42 chapters are that. if you have a whole other sode story to tell, tell it in depth in a spinoff
