Well, they are not the smartest bunch out there. At least in most HP fanfics that I did read.
After a bit of internal debate on what to get for them (since he wasn't allowed to leave the castle) he chose to make each of them a pendant from the extra dragon scales he had. The moment that had been settled, he turned his attention to the last gift which had been wrapped up in brown paper and a tag that only had his first name written on it (much to his annoyance). - Aggron778771mthCommented
Hard to say, my personal choices would be Yasaka, older Kunou, Tiamat, Ophis and Serafall in that order. Still, Asia is a dragon tamer so it would be nice if it is a dragon. If it is someone from summoning then my recommendation would be... from Dragon maid anime...

Would be funny if they defeat Tamamo because of her going in to heat... and the closest to her be our mc. That could get him a title like Red Brest Dragon Emperor (Issei) and White Butt Dragon Emperor (Vali). Not sure witch one would be good, but 'SunStorm Fluff Uncrowded Dragon Emperor' is best I got. The Uncrowded part could be removed after being recognised bye few stronger dragons as worthy for Dragon Emperor title, like Albion, Ddraig, Tiamat, Crom... etc. (P.S. Fluff is because he is part of Yokai faction)

I'll recommend breathing style users from Demon slayer, speaking of slayers maybe Goblin slayer and his party members... so far she got characters from marvel and DC, dude that can talk with animals (was it Dr. Dolittle or something),someone from Shokugeki no Soma, maybe someone like Mumen Rider from one punch man or some weaker quirk users like the girl with invisibility quirk or the one with creation quirk. Personally, I hope for Mina's quirk with acid, Love/insect Hashira's breathing style from Demon slayer and Nakiri Alice cooking skill. I'd like to recommend someone that can use magic but that is just to OP... Though maybe Dobby or some other House Elf would be interesting.
