Yes, Tiamat's talent Universal did not only affect her Cute Charm ability, but all her moves as well, so moves like Attract and Captivate worked on Pokemon of the same gender as well, and even Oblivious Pokemon were affected. Thank Mew and Arceus for implementing that into the strength progression system while they were creating this universe. She, like Tyson/Machoke, had special evolution requirements, so I would have to start fulfilling those in the future to let them evolve, but it would have to wait until the vacation or maybe even after that since I was otherwise busy.
