this kind of reminds me of what Blast said to tatsumaki, although to be fair trying to do everything on your own could be problematic, humans are social creatures for a reason after all

Sure her tastebuds were different between forms… but perhaps not as different as she'd like. Sure Thyme hadn't actually hit her in the face with the fish… but it was exceptionally fresh, completely uncooked, and only lightly seasoned. She'd eaten the entire thing, scales and all. Even a few bones. Probably. Lily was mortified when she finished but Thyme just shrugged and ate the plate as a joke to show they didn't think what she'd just done was weird. - Azmeam1mthCommented*Curses! Marigold sidestepped closer to Lily and started to scratch her eyes. Lily bit down on the impulse to purr for as long as she could but eventually her throat started to rumble. "See, you feel so much more relaxed already… and yes Vanya is great but I can think of so many unique ideas we could try out with a water mage. Thyme literally made walls out of his own corpses

knight Eustace was an awakened, so i guess that means he was something like a lesser god

He was a strong Awakened, but the Dark Pest had absorbed a Fragment of the Evil God, so he was naturally stronger… Master left him here after mourning his death.
