one of the most relatable paragraphs of the novel. I feel this to my core, nothing like waiting to grow up and see that 'adulting' is not worth all that hype.

reminds me of that soldier sunny picked up with his first cohort of Antarctica that no one could remember his name.
That was another thing. There was the Demon of Oblivion, as well, although that one was hard to remember. Of all of the seven daemons, Oblivion was mentioned the least. In fact, Sunny would have never even known of his… hers… their existence if not for Noctis, who had mentioned the Demon of Oblivion once in passing, saying that their name was long forgotten. - Mel_nD8mthCommented

I picture effie as being like Xena hahaaa

Effie is such a lively free spirit that helps keep the group together. I love her character development & well-meaning take no s..t vibes, witty nature. I'm sure she wears her heart in her sleeve along with very expressive facial features

this makes so much sense. she looked haggard back at the headquarters, but in Antarctica, she seemed in her element, invigorated... Definitely giving off Whit Walker vibes

I wonder if sunny would consider going back to the underground bunker after they encountered the first destroyed city for supplies?
To waste as little essence as possible, he simply glided through the darkness and appeared some distance away, in the shadow of the city wall. Then, he used a lift to reach the battlements and finally escaped the panicked sea of people.
