First of all, I agree that this might seem a little stupid, but what you said isn't really the reality. The main reason that the MC did not kill blue wasn't because of backlash (although it was a reason), he did it because of another one of his friends. I don't remember the name, but the guy who took over the poisoned friends role wants blue to face a rightful trial instead of killing blue. The MC is only restraining himself because he and his friends don't want to become tyrants who kill anybody who opposes them. I'm gonna be honest, I also want the MC to just kill blue already, but that wouldn't fit his character. I hope this can shed some light on a new perspective :)
God-tier is an insult to this masterpiece. I have always disliked fantasy stories with a lot of "plot armor" or "plot convenience". This story on the other hand, foreshadows a rich and interesting world which is realistic and brutal. Honestly, i cant explain why i love this so much, but just try it. It's, in my opinion, amazing.
Btw, for the creators' thoughts, the Tal explanation was great and it felt really natural :)
Okay, now THIS is a plot twist. I'm really excited to see where this story goes :)
For a mere moment, i doubted your insight; and for that i am deeply sorry. This is truly a story written by some kind of deity or sage. This story has opened my eyes to the world that was beyond my comprehension before. This is a masterpiece forged by a great master, and i truly hope that this beauty will continue to develop.
