I tried to appeal to you logically, but your response is that "love is irrational!". I can agree that love is irrational, but just because it's irrational doesn't mean it's good for the people involved. By definition, you can not love someone wholeheartedly, when you love two or more people at the same time. Think about it. When Athene love Anemus only, she use 100% of attention on Anemus. When Athene love both Anemus and Mifa, Athene has to split her attention 50% in two ways. If you are Anemus, you can not have 100% of Athene's love to yourself. This makes the readers feel that Anemus is "cheated" out of love by Mifa. This is why, you almost never see novels where the MC is part of a harem, (it's not MC's harem, but it's someone else's harem, where the MC is part of someone else's harem) Why this almost never happen? It is because of the things I talked about. If the MC is part of someone else's harem (let's say the harem has 5 members), MC will only receive 1/5 of love and attention. It sounds so bad right? because it is so bad!!! That's why you almost never see this kind of novel. You see, what I said is all based on logic. Now let's get to the important part. If you insist on three-way love between Athene, Anemus, and Mifa, the only way three-way love works is if all party share 50% of love to each other. Basically this means that, Athene love both Anemus and Mifa equally (50% each). Anemus also has to love both Athene and Mifa equally (50% each). Mifa also has to love both Athene and Anemus equally (50% each). Therefore, 50% + 50% is 100%, making the love whole for everyone. Are you willing to make Anemus and Mifa love each other?

I understand Anemus is the love interest, but I totally don't understand about Mifa. She appears randomly, and there is no on screen build up about their relationship at all to the readers. It feels weird, to the readers. (I currently read until chapter 49) I would like to make a case of why monogamous relationship is the only way forward. The reason why our society decided that monogamous is the way to go and not polyamorous relationship is because you can not split up romantic love. When you love someone, you love them with a whole heart, When you split the love you have toward multiple people, you are dividing love into multiple sections. To put it simply, your partner give you her whole heart, while you only give a part of your heart to her. This is clearly unfair, because love should be 1:1 trade because two people. If your partner gives you 100% of her love, you should give back 100% of your love in return. Having multiple partners just doesn't work at all. That is why monogamous relationship is the only way to have a sustainable relationship. That is also the reason why harem relationship is disgusting. Think about you own life, are you okey with your lover doing it with another man/women? If you are not okey with polyamorous relationship in real life, why put it into your story? Personally, I think Athena should just end up with Anemus and no one else (monogamous relationship). Making Athene have a polyamorous relationship with two girls is just unrealistic and no one like that.
