Hi, shameless author here, rating his own book 5 stars. It has been a long 5 months, and I want to give my gratitude to all the readers who gave my book the power stones and gifts. It was really helping me to write this far, even though I usually never write this far. It's a pickled one. Combine vinegar, sugar and salt with water and boil them. Turn off as it reached boiling point and let it cool down a bit. Pour into a jar of slice carrots. Keep it at least 6 hours before consumption. Of course, we're talking raw here. Thinner slices would make the perfect one for sandwiches. However, if you want it thick, boil the carrot for 2-3 minutes before being poured with pickling water, or you can boil it together with them as well (even though it would be overly sour in my opinion.)
