It’s not, only the talented one can, for example lily potter, Harry’s mother could use wander’s magic like creating flowers as a child it’s not something exceptional just that most children aren’t able to spend time attempting sicne they will naturally be able to use it at 11 to why waste time and most those that really have the patience and talent do so which is rare so there you have it

Level 1 and 2 spells were enough for him to best Slytherins from noble families so I’d assume level 3 is enough to pass pass the owls and level 4 is Hogwarts graduation level/ adult wizard level, level 5 would be elite arura/heads of Wizarding families and level 6 is is where the teachers as hogwards are at most one catageary like McGonagall would be level 6 for transmigration or Snape would be level 6 for potion making and I’d assume dumbeldore and Voldemort are level 7 is spell casting

Guys kakashis chakra is constantly being drained by obituary sharingan so I doubt he even has 80 percent of his chakra at all times and I don’t think his chakra has any major growth after that incident and also adult sasuke faced a similar issue of having the renegan active which consumes mastic chakra and he was also a massively nerfed in boruto like naruto so I doubt it’s useful to compare but in the 4th war im pretty sure sasuke could make 100 shadow clones easy

Sensory skills have a lot to do with yin release which is dependent on the soul and since sasuke has indaras chakra he has talent in it and him transmigrating and having a adults soul combined with the ems is more then enough for him to become one of the best sensors with even a year or 2 of training and even without it his senses shousl be really powerfull
