I read this on wattpad but I can't remember the story so reading it here again

Why can't I unlock the next chapter with the fast pass? and I'd already unlocked so far ahead in the book! so why is it locked again?

I stopped reading getting tired of all the waiting. But I missed reading so I came back to the app. let's hope I can still unlock chapters for free like I used to before.
