The Alter ego is more of a multitasking system to use various skills or magics at the same time without too much effort if any at all. The uses also extend to some things, like training two skills at the same time, combining two different types of magic, or using a spell that would take 10 people at the cost of 1 alone.

Fair enough if you feel that way. It was mentioned in the chapter that Mc sent Evashny to tell the others about what mc was doing. There is an explanation for why the mc managed to just disappear without a problem. While this is overpowered, it's still not as broken as it might initially seem, you'll see. However, I do agree it did end up a bit ham-fisted and I'll be more careful with it.

I mean, later on, there will be a place like a personal dimension, and as for stats.. They won't be reset and what's lost is lost, but later on, they will grow stronger
