I have to say.... having hunter there is really and truly putting in to sharp perspective just how BS kats abilities truly are. i mean think about it, hunter is essentially deamon special forces. she has seen and delt with the best and SHE is blown away with Kats casual passives...
I absolutely love this series.. but this sort of super unnecessary fluff just to stretch pages out for as long as possible is super off-putting. Like, stop with the absolute unimportant filler. Iilly absolutely doesn't need to walk around and talk to absolutely everyone for their unimportant opinions on absolutely everything so you can milk out 30 more pages. I want a great story... not this garbage.
got to say, while I love the story and everything in it... for the love of go the author needs an editor to check the grammar and literary mistakes. So many 'him' when obviously refuring to a female and such. at first I was fine but as time goes on and it doesn't get better it just comes off as lazy
naww it is fine. Some of your earlier chapters were WAYYYYY worse, kinda felt like filler. This, on the other hand, this has good paceing because it has been multiple chapters since you last talked about it, and it honestly brings a good look back at how much both characters have grown and changed. I like it and honestly I think it was a good idea so long as you don't do it TOO often.
I liked the story right up until it became simply unbearable to read. The beginning was fun, and the world building was nice right up until she left the village. after that, the story starts to become very bad in the worse tropy ways. The worse being the complete unbelievably of the story and powers of that world. Every character IMMEDIATELY either bends over backward to literally give the MC whatever she needs or even slightly desires. I mean complete strangers, people. Or is a super stupid villan who she effortlessly defeats (usually men with rare female)Which brings me to mey next issue:Almost every male character is treated incredibly horribly for no reason. The MC is a bully, and an incredible narcissist, and an outright tyrant. Yet everyone seems to love her for it, especially the people who she is directly stealing their jobs and livelihoods (the nobility and the royal family)...The entire power structure of that world doesn't make any sense politically. This story is simply a hardcore feminist power fantasy where the author is simply venting her hatred of men and what she personally would do if she had ultimate power.what a disgusting world.and I am a woman saying this.I got to chapter 186 before I got so disgusted with it and dropped it today.
ahh, they are not actual brother, they are roommates. the brother thing was the order in which they came and strengthish. they are all good people, though.
I don't understand this whole thing with her just dumping Nan for L, it literally makes no sense. Not only that, it is an utter betrayal of Nan by her for no reason. let us not forget all that he sacrificed for her. He practically abandoned his own family for her, took care of her always, and was willing on several occasions to die for her. he has been her absolute rock through thick and thin and selflessly gave his all through her entire recovery. not to mention she had strong feelings about him as well which she actively was pursuing, then instantly as she say L she was, without a spread of emotion, willing to jump in bed with her over him without even a thought? that actually makes me hate her as a character and a person. that is some dark black betrayal if I have ever seen some, worse, he just takes it with a shrug? is this even the same writer? I don't care about lbgt, whatever couples, but this literally makes no sense and does not fit her character whatsoever.
