Since you have World Tree world, it may be special material may be usefully for building construction or for Lala gadget. I don't know how to feel about that. It give the same vibe as when I read: "They were married for 4 years and never sleep together ". If you add the yin bug thing, everything point that they should have sleep together. At the current point where there was human experimentation on children and that the mother already have 2 daughter, it should not matter that much.
