Like Scyther not willing to train hard or finding it boring or like that. A classic example is a child's future career. Their parents can want something but the child may not like to be that. He/She might want to become something else. If the parents forcefully make the child do something, he will only be sub-par, won't put much effort, won't have motivation, and the like...... I am sure everyone knows about it already
