This is a rip off of Under the Oak Tree. Yes, the characters and storyline have been altered slightly and this story involves werewolves and vampires but there are too many similarities so I cannot continue to read. The stuttering FL who is from a noble family but has secretly been abused, the husband who marries her and then disappears off to some war for 2 years, the secret powers that the FL possesses that she is unaware of, they even have the same miscommunications. Also, the author repeatedly makes sloppy mistakes as if they arenât keeping track of what they are writing (for example, when they go to have sex for the first time after reuniting the ML takes her back to his cabin -but then NO!- they somehow were actually in her tent the whole time).

Ok this is way too similar to Under The Oak Tree. The abused girl from rich family with a stutter marries a man right after their wedding night. He comes back 2 years later⌠even the same miscommunications.
