He literally has a 1600% shield with minor healing and then a 160k hp shield with Barbarian Bloodline. He doesn't need these at all. The author forgot those skills already oh god
The guy knows this random rule but didn't know class advancement needed a scroll. Amazing
Yeah the magician desc sounds like a Shaman class
I see it honestly. I can see healers being useless if they only healed minor injuries at the start. With no combat related skills and low stats, you'd rather fight with Tank + Buffer Support + 2 dps in a 4 man party and health pots instead of a healer.
Meh I get the author's point though. Early on healers are kinda useless especially when you have only 2 skills. You'd much rather fight with an extra dps and health pots for better efficiency that early.
With a title and starting power of 100 times cultivation speed, you'd think the MC would cultivate more than once in the first 40 chapters... Bit of a spoiler ahead The cultivation bonus, atleast in the first 40 chapters, was absolutely useless because he used his first life method to cultivate to rank D, then instead of cultivating or anything he went to the Abyss to eat fruits to get to Rank C, and then a bunch of stuff happens and he's much stronger but still hasn't cultivated. Just so weird you title your novel like that and the MC just doesn't cultivate. To others that like the Online Game/Global Survival OP MC type stuff I'd suggest God's Path and My Buffs Have Unlimited Duration. Both of these stick to the theme and main quirk instead of whatever this book is trying.
I love how realistic the reaction is in this novel to this kind of update lol
5 minutes of what though? Walking? Zara flying? Teleportation?
Bro relax it ain't that deep
Love descriptions like these, makes the impact feel real.
It's also useful for necromancers...
So he's basically inside a city building mobile game like L***'* mobile
So far I'm liking this book but the biggest problem for me is till now there's been nothing but exposition. I'm waiting for something to happen but it's all just explaining the world and nothing of importance really happening. Exposition can be done much much better honestly, this feels very long and tiring...
A second plane Mr President
The constant mention of anime and light novels really takes me out of it honestly.
I wonder how this integration works. The body somehow has memories of 2 different mental states during the same time frame ?
Just finished the free chapters and I'll be dropping this. Pros: Grey is a simple and fun character with conventionally good morals and so are his friends, they bounce off of each other well. The power system is simple and well quantified. Pacing is also decent , it doesn't feel like it hangs around one plot point for too long, although sometimes the timeskips can be jarring. Cons: I'm sorry but the writing style makes it very hard to enjoy the book properly. There's so much present tense mixed with past tense and it feels like the author doesn't have a sense of how he wants to write the chapters. The world and action sequences both are not really described well at all so if you're a new reader to the genre you'll have a hard time visualizing the world and appreciating the fights that do happen .
