This is bittersweet. I am happy they got the happy ending. I must say this story really captured my heart. I don’t think I ever read a story that touched my heart the way this one did. I experienced every emotion there is. Kudos to the author.

I just can’t believe cane fell into the illusion trap again and can’t seem to get out of it. Shouldn’t he have been prepared for this already and be ready to retaliate. Instead he seems docile to these animals. He needs to wake up already and go find iris and his babies.

This is terrible. I would have expected for cane and iris to put this battle to an end together but of course not. They haven’t had enough devastation. Now they are separated and for how long. Is it an illusion that it’s been years for cane or is it true? Not liking this fantasy world he is in. You would think with everything they have been through they would have expected these tricks from Rei and decratic. Once again they lost to them. I sure hope this turns around for the better and things start going in their favor.

It’s sad the chapters have dwindled down every week on this amazing story. I just hope the author gives this book the proper ending it deserves before moving on to other books.

So disappointing having to wait 24 hrs for only 1 chapter. It will be forever before we get to the end of this war since these people just keep coming back and never die.

Totally agree. Aria should Be done with. I don’t see why they keep bringing her back. This is going in circles.

I can’t believe after everything they have been through he runs away the moment things get hard. Together they can figure it out. It’s unnecessary for him to avoid her. Doesn’t he realize he is making things way worse for her. I never expected cane to do this iris. Yet if she is taken by rei he will have a heart attack. He begged her to never leave him yet he is leaving her. So sad.

I totally agree. My heart breaks for Iris. I too understand his feelings but to outright blame her and basically reject her is wrong. She doesn’t deserve to be treated like that. So sad

It’s rediculous the amount of money spent just to try and finish this book. It appears to be going nowhere. There’s some progression and then two steps back. Going in circles. It appears Iris and Cane are doomed. I mean even the struggle to get pregnant only to have them lose both babies. Doesn’t make sense.

Exactly! How much longer is Ethan’s situation going to be dragged out. This seems to be going nowhere.
