Rossweisse because she is cute and genius, imagin if motohama can use the Nordic runes. 3. Seekvaira because she is also a genius and it will make the story intresting, i mean there are so many fanfic with akeno,rias,kuroka,Yasaka and others but barely any of them include seekvaira and also because of her power over time.
