I mean considering how cold and frustrated he has acted up until now, the dark aura that we are told he usually carries especially when he’s uncomfortable AND then at this point she can probably feel the anger and resentment rolling off him… no wonder she’s scared. Maybe if it was someone less intimidating she would be less scared but it will be something she cherishes about him later. ❤️

I think his not seeing her, makes him much more self aware of his obsessive nature. Maybe if he had seen her it would have grew and spiralled but this way, he realises and tries to forget the illusion, move on.

I was wondering why they call him runt and then I thought, I guess he lied when he joined them at 12 and said he was 16 or something. So they’re thinking he should be 20 but he’s acutally 16 and not quite filled out Yet.

I think he feels guilty and frustrated that he’s been prevented from fighting for her. So there’s part of him that can’t face her atm.
