I haven't completely dropped the other book. I may update that. As for harem, there won't be one, albeit there may be multiple girls liking the mc.
I'm sorry, I have no intention to discriminate and insult any religious beliefs.
I will try my best to update as much as possible but due to my fluctuating academic schedule, there might be delays.
Because the core Samuel is not friends with the other Samuel, the core Samuel despises his vicious side so it wouldn't make much sense(to me) for him to call his other personality a nickname in his trains of thought since this is 1st person writing.
Unfortunately, it feels awkward for me to just name the other personality. It was a good suggestion, just doesn't work well with me and my writing style.
Yes
[Chapter 4 review] The story has an interesting and mysterious start with a mix of grasping writing that leaves the reader craving for more. The internal monologue that sets the foundation for what is to be expected works miraculously. Within that monologue, one can roughly sketch the characteristics of the main character. For now, nothing much has happened but I suggest giving this a go when more chapters are released.
Any more conversation than this is meaningless. I will be deleting any additional comments, I'm only leaving this here as an answer to any potential complaints. It doesn't matter what you guys think, as a reader, you have no power over how I build my world-building. Yes, this is a reality I try to construct into a paradigm similar to that of the real world and I don't care how you think of it. Besides, I'm getting nothing out of writing this so any attempt to entertain will not be heeded.
It is suspicious. That's precisely why people are investigating his actions. Kaito is a coward man afraid of death, he wouldn't want to betray the mc just to die, wouldn't he? Many things are inferences here while some of your statements are purely assumptions. I have never mentioned that Mc needs a friend. How did you make a connection between a slave and a friend? If you want a book that completely follows your ideal reality of what people would do, drop the book. This is not for you.
