I liked the book for a while but it got tiring when he is around his loved ones for a 100 chapters but doesn't bother telling them his real identity because he wants to meet them after "completing" his revenge. MC is warm to his loved ones and sits on a very high horse when it comes to the topic of slavery but doesn't really mind massacring an entire family ( a lot of whose members definitely never even heard of him ) in the name of cutting loose ends ( man is ruthless as hell. )

The plot is mysterious and interesting.... the speed with which the story progresses is a little too fast for me and the characters don't seem to be fleshed out properly... the MC seems to be going through his emo phase and seems to be 'disgusted' by the smallest of things and scoffs at the most casual greetings... otherwise the novel seems worth a try.
