I haven't read this novel but I've finished a great manhwa with a female lead that's similar to what you've described. The manhwa's title is "Live or Not" by Goeun. Summary: Imagine if your grandparents magically became 17 years old again…That they had a second chance to relive their youth and possibly fall in love again, or actually for the first time. Spoiler Alert! So apparently, Juliet was reincarnated three times. The first one was were she was married off to several old men by her uncle for selfish reasons (e.g. money). Her last husband was killed by Lennox due to reasons unrelated to her but still, she thought of him as her saviour and agreed to be his mistress. She died in the end tho. The second time is where she thought Lennox had a childhood friend whom he sooner fell inlove with. Although she got pregnant by Lennox, she still died. (The third time is the current story.) I didn't specify the causes of her deaths, but the people who've read the story said that they weren't caused by Lennox and there were just misunderstandings so hopefully that's true.
