Vince_Ricafort_98835mthReplied to Yoo_yoo_1sorry but "realistically" knife training improves your knife skills ofc, agility ( depends on the techniques) , and a stable core and muscles for the movements used in the training but there's no way it improves push up strength.... And also forearms muscle help in stabilizing your push up form (which helps your overall strength but in this case it only helps your agility for the knife training) .. but it will never increase your push-up strength significantly.... you can only increase push-up strength by training your triceps ,pecs,and by simply.... doing push-ups, dips, other variations, etc...

Realistically, I don't think knife training would increase push up strength, surely it could enhance your senses and become more agility but it would never increase your push up strength it's more like will power, agility, accuracy, etc..
