As I Said, as long as they get checked and they are clean. Because stds are not formed like an illness. They are always transmitted from someone. So if you have std, you probably slept with someone who slept with someone who slept with someone (this goes on until you reach the first person to have s*x with an animal.) there are multiple stds but it is known for a fact that 3 Major stds(which are most common like gonnorrhoea and syphilis) came from animals. In conclusion: while sleeping with many partners can increase the chance of you getting a std, that is only the case with one night stands where you dont even know your partner properly, meanwhile sleeping with multiple partners that are in a harem and are checked, bears no risk.
