what I would like to know, is when will I be getting back my coins for the privilege chapters that I paid for and did not receive? I am now reading these additional chapters which was already paid for and is still paying to read them so can someone shed some light on this?!!

don't understand why I purchased bulk chapters and my coins were taken and the book started over from the beginning!!! I am very disgruntled at this point can you please explain this and return my coins
