I feel like she actually wants to serve her and the reason why she looks so dead is because She is desperate to serve her. The MC comes from modern times and doesn’t understand this world as much. He thinks his current master is trashy and prideful but she is better than most if not all other nobles. Now think what will happen to this poor maid if she stops serving her current master. there are two option 1) her pay will be reduced and she will work as a common maid. Other maids might bully her due to envy of her previous position 2) she is sold as a slave as she is no longer needed( unlikely as to have become a direct servant one needs to be skilled and to sell her skilled servant is stupid) I seriously hope the author is gonna make the MC change and grow up as a person. Also just a side note: how long will it take for Mc to mature because I don't wanna waste my time reading this. if it takes too long P.S.; the last paragraph was not hate. The story and plot itself Are great. I just hate this type of Mc and I don’t think I will be able to handle him much longer.
