Review after reading over 900 chapters, First of all, i have to say this is an outstanding novel. Writing quality and world-building is perfect. Also, we can see the progress of the MC throughout the story, and the pacing is also very good. However, there are some things that are annoying about the story and MC, First, although MC act intelligent most of the time, He acts too cautious all the time, which bites himself in the back a couple of times and he also understands it, One can say this is for character building but when he acts with low IQ again and again in similar situations. it comes out as a forced plot. Second, in some of the later chapters when he is not acting overly cautious, mc acts like a genocidal maniac with completely illogical reasons. So the MC is not really consistent. Although, sometimes it feels consistent due to the large number of chapters you forget things. Third, after the first couple hundred chapters romance and emotional drama become a big part of the story to the point of being annoying. And one more thing, Even though the name is 'Hitman with a badass system'. According to what I have read, u can add any profession to replace the word hitman and the story will be pretty much the same. Anyway, the system is badass. I think you got my point Finally, in conclusion, this is one few good novels on this site. Worth reading.

Regarding this novel, here are the key things u need to know before going in - * First the pacing of the story develops is decent. * MC is decent and NOT stupid * It has a wish fulfilment vibe in the whole story(7 sisters, Money, Beautiful secretary, Powerful boduguards). * Up until about chapter 400 everything is fine, after that story goes downhill. * After about chapter 400, there will be a lot of filler content. * Author will forget about the system.

This is very good novel at the beginning... However after like chapter 300 (i don't remember the exact chapter) the story changes completely. It is NOT a plot twist. Either author changed or he went crazy. Up until then, this is a decent story.

Started out great but after 1st 20 chapters story goes downhill. There is a very similar novel called 'I Am the God of Games' and this is an unsuccessful duplicate of the same concept.

This is a very good novel. Well.... at least first 500 chapters are good after that as usual Chinese authors start to go crazy and start to add supernatural elements and change the whole vibe of the story. Until then this is the ideal story. Highly recommend it.

Nice concept and a well-thought-out story. I also read a few similar novels raw and in mtl, But those stories were vastly different from this story only the concept is the same. So according to my observation, this is NOT a plagiarized novel. I highly recommend giving this a try.

I understand that everyone has their personal preference. So for a specific audience, this could be an enjoyable novel. However, when you are rating a novel in this site you have to rate it under some criteria such as Writing Quality, Stability of Updates, Story Development, Character Design, World Background. For a novel to gain a perfect 5* it has to be 5* in all of those categories. So if rate it just because of enjoyment factor, it is not fair for those who come to read the review.

I will give my review short and simple. This novel is a good concept executed perfectly. Even Story-wise very interesting because even though this is fanfic, feels like an entirely new story. This is placed in pre canon timeline where Robin is the MCs daughter. I also had doubts when I first started reading, but now I can say that they were unwarranted. Overall super nice story. Definitely worth reading.

Here is the thing, If you want to turn off your brain and read a novel which doesn't have any emotional drama in your leisure, this is it. MC is ridiculously OP ( i mean destroy omniverse with a thought level OP). But he has turned off his omniscience(basically the ability to know everything) to avoid getting bored. He kills anyone who pisses him off. He doesn't hide his power on purpose. Basically, the MC doing things to avoid getting bored. The story is interesting for this type of novel. Place in a world(Universe? Multiverse? Omniverse? i don't know!!!) where anything can happen, it is very consistent. (Except for the part where MC having 500IQ in the first few chapters). Anyway, it's worth reading. The story is on point for the targeted readers.

I don't know why there are so many 5* reviews because this is definitely not that high-level novel. MC is not stupid. but he is an extremely shortsighted person (Ex:- easily tempted by money which can be earned easily through the business in the future). And it is not because of character building, I have read more than 120 chapters but there is no real progress in the MC overall. And MC is very inconsistent. The author is trying to portray him as this cold smart character but in my opinion, MC is really pathetic. And another thing is MC is not good at anything. If not for the system and its emergency quests he would have lost big time (The only thing that saves him is thick plot armour) Certainly don't expect a genius military weapon designer as said in the description. because until now all he does is buy weapons and ammunition from the system and sell it to the customers. Anyway, If you want a novel that the entire plot is one massive filler. This is it. (Maybe this is too harsh but looking at the other super positive reviews, I think this is fine)

Review after reading 309 chapters (including chapters at Patreon). This is my second time giving a 5/5 star review to any novel. The story/Worldbuilding/characters are all thoughtfully designed (Kudos Author, you have vastly improved your story quality compared to your previous novels). However, I don't know how the Author is planning to handle the story with the current number of characters(I mean there are many girls), but so far no issue. One of the Best I have read so far. I Highly recommend it.

My 3rd review of this novel after 829 chapters. This is one of my top 2 favourites on this site. The author continues to bring new elements to the story with unexpected twists. Even though MC is OP among other "players" he is not really OP overall so everything is balanced. One and Only criticism I have is that. important sides characters don't get much time in the story (not even his sister and girlfriend). Author, if you can also focus on their stories and POVs more would be awesome. In every other way totally awesome story. Totally worth the time and coins.

A very good novel with an MC with OP knowledge so can be considered OP MC also weak to strong and there is no over-the-top romance (there is romance but it doesn't affect the story in a negative way) and no harem ( at least until now). But u should know that there are a considerable amount of filler in the chapters(So you are going to spend lot of coins). Also, another negative thing is, even though there are strength/power levels in the story as a reader it is hard to keep up with it because the MC has his OP past knowledge and experience that makes everything possible. Definitely worth reading. Compare to most novels on this site, this is a good read. If you want a novel to read while relaxing (without stressful drama) this is it.

Very nice concept and an idea, however, the author totally wasted the whole thing after the first 20 chapters, *I don't have many issues regarding the strict system because it is supposed to make MC a better academy master, So the strict quest and punishments make sense. *What doesn't make sense is how illogically irresponsible MC is. Believe me it is not a lack of experience, it is just purely stupid. The only reason his students are alive is because of 100% pure luck(or lazy writing in this case). *There are a lot of inconsistencies in the chapters. Example:- How the heck did he forget that the girl he liked is dying because of a curse( Her uncle told that to his face in a previous chapter)? Anyway doesn't worth the time, definitely not worth the money.

* Ruthless and OP Alpha MC with a nice story (truly a rarity) * Although there is a Harem, it doesn't block the story and character development, so overall, it is great fanfic. * However, in the later chapters (especially after the late chapters of the Marvel-verse), it increasingly becomes fanservice of ruthless illogical mc (not borderline illogical, illogical for the sake of being sadistic ) (borderline paranoid/insecure). After that, I decided to drop at ch184 before the author further ruins one of my favourite marvel/dc fanfics.

If that's the case each one of your chapters could be broken down into at least 2 to 3 chapters (content standpoint). Which would allow you to release more chapters which would be easily digestible to the average reader. That being said I still believe that at least the last dozen chapters have too many side stories which make the main story uninteresting (even I skimmed through some paragraphs). My suggestion is that (whether you decided to go with small chapters or not) in every chapter try to pay more attention to other major subplots happening with other major characters.

it's not about the length of the chapter. I think you should consider reducing the filler content on chapters. Also, I feel like so many major characters don't get much time because of that.
