reminds me of Garam from LE SSERAFIM. Her friend was being bullied so she stood up against the other girl, but got a bad school mark in the end. Even after debuting, the bully faked being a victim, called her out and just 2 weeks after debut she got pushed out. Never made it back, even after being proved innocent. This is all real btw.

that's basically a death sentence then. most fans want to think they're together with their artist, and for them to find love 'behind their back' they go and cancel the idol.

most kpop title songs are bright, so ballads are usually used as b-sides (the other songs in an album). this isn't for all artists of course, but the majority of albums have this kind of structure.
