I understand what you mean, but I think the author means construction drawings, blueprints, models, and other miscellaneous information that would be necessary to create the infrastructure you state.

Personally, there's too much race related content in these last few chapters. Nobody honestly cares about someone else's race unless someone really had ingrained it into them. But there is the evolutionary argument that pretty much talks about humans having group behaviors ingrained into our genetic code. Who knows exactly though, eh? Still, it's getting slightly annoying having it mentioned in almost every chapter.

I am not sure how OP author realizes that Allen and Iris' base is now.... 1 bullet per microsecond and 1 microsecond next to reload, and 1 millisecond for cooldown time.... The turrets have practically no cooldown time and have practically infinite fire rate (exaggeration, but still). But then again, I suppose it's suitable for a nigh-Half Step Perfection Realm.

Allen had numerous <Supreme> talents that improved his charisma and his <Supreme Hidden Boss> talent alone was enough for him to get along with the <Supreme Prince>, <Supreme Heir>, and <Supreme General>. Other than that, Allen just wanted to experience what it was like to attend a school filled with <Supremes> and he was interested in knowing how they would react if he acted as the <Supreme Hidden Boss>.
