He taught him everything he could and could not need with the manic idea that he would bring the arrogant Awakened to reason. Since childhood, Angus has not known anything good. He didn’t know what warm home comfort was, he didn’t know what human kindness was. He knew only the malice and corruption that this world had to offer. But he was ready.
