hmm how about an edict of rebirth, were there will be a second life after death and also permanent change of all races into a unique excistance "ie. I have no idea of excistance" but something similar to the primordials and grants everyone the same unique trait that bends reality. Maybe everyone gets to manifest their unique inner spirit or something which grows with their power lvl

ooh yeah and edict of creation was definitely on my thought but looking at the grand picture, I don't think it's much necessary unless Noah wants to create his own race like the primordials. Wait a minute yesss!!!.... so that he can just stop spoon feeding ppl in his cosmos empire and leave them on the same conquest as the primordials. Yes so Noah can create a rival races like the primordials with unique specks where everyone gets a game like system or something

lol I don't think his wives can take a single trust of his waist since he's so overpowered. to be frank just a single push will definitely kill them. He's boost are so ridiculously overpowered that I think this his wives and friends just became useless so let's ignore them and keep the soloplay story.

hmm Noah's kid's if only he can reproduce many will be Demi high excistance, just like demi gods. but I only wonder if he can birth more children from all his women. Or maybe he would create some reproduction edict lol

so will the achievement of higher excistance affect his sperms nature or something because what I learnt is that the higher the rarity of an existence the less fruitful they become. when looking at the production rate of mystical beast and higher creatures like the phoenix dragon, and the cosmic supreme beings the most they reproduce is at most one or non at all
