Appreciate it. Thanks for reading. The battle sequences LOL I totally agree. I’m glad you felt the same way about them. I think the weakness was they were written in a dry, factual way. That was what I was going for. The writings on Alexander the Great’s campaign can get dry, or Julius Caesar. But what I want is to do that, but modern, webnovel style, digestable. What you read was writer growing pains. Idk what I was doing with those sequences. Tried, but idk. I feel the same way about them as you do. Thanks for reading and comment in a nice way. Sup bro, good thank you. Hope all is well on your end. Thanks for asking. The moment where Rhaenar goes off on his journey is about to happen. It felt wrong to go far ahead and do a bunch of things without watching season 2. While the events of this fic are set in stone, there was the possibility we’d learn stuff about characters, scenes that make us understand them differently. I didn’t want them reacting to Rhaenar in a way that contradicts their character we see later in the show. I love writing this so much. It was my gut telling me to stop and wait
