She also has no intention of becoming a better person right now. Honestly she should realize that getting someone family killed and angrily protesting when his parents beg for his life because you want him to die too for your conveniance isn't something you "get over". He did it in his past life because he went through a long character journey and found enlightenment. He knows nothing but learns incredibly quickly and constantly improves himself. She is stronger, more knowledgeable, and with regression has every advantage in the beginning. But she is arrogant and by her own admission not very smart. So it's impossible for her to control him.

She had to wait one more day for the brainwashing to end actually.

So he was gonna die anyway? That's why he killed him.

In the Game, Josua died of an illness. Despite Jayden's efforts, even with the Golden Grasses, Josua perished. He was even used by Brandon as a way of threatening Jayden. He died in the end of because of illness. I now understand why Jayden was so fixated on the Saintess in the Game. Sadly, the Saintess, Maria's mother, might have been able to help him, but she is no longer alive.

He was originally good, but his past life drove him crazy. And because of his obsession with getting revenge and willingness to cross lines, he's nuetral. He's on the side of good, but personally is neither.

I myself had my disposition as Chaotic-Neutral. But I knew that Neutral disposition was rare. Everyone is inclined toward either good or evil, even if slightly.

1- Nathan is good(mostly)but insane.2- He couldn't take everything from the ruin anyway and the other two skills were useless to him.3- Unlike Nathan, Leon was mortally wounded, amd he saved Nathan earlier.4- Nathan isn't an edgelord power fantasy mc who only wants to be strong without caring for casualties.

It makes a lot more sense when Nathan's past life is explained. He was a poor, crippled street rat that had his family murdered by an international criminal gang. So he infiltrated the gang, used his intelligence to gain a position of negotiator for the families head negitiator, and then murdered the whole family, leading to the collapse of the gang. However in order to do this he had to do more than a few morally devious things, so he became a broken man. Reading Leon's story was a coping mechanism for him.More importantly, he doesn't baby leon. He steals insignificant cheats from leon, exploits leon in his plans, amd intentionally causes him trouble to boost his growth. He just likes leon and doesn't want him to die, as that means game over for earth. What do you want him to do, murder the idiot?

You said everyone who hits tesla rank undergoes evolution, at which point they gain a new ability. Beasts get a human form. Nathan and protag 2 did forced evolutions with nonhuman things.

Evolution was a path with which the ego weapons grow stronger while Glyph could be used by anyone. As an Ego weapon, it was natural for me to focus on both.

So author, can one evet aquire a phsyique?

His [God War Physique] also recovered a bit as it removed restrictions over Leon's stigma. As a result, he was able to convert a portion of the damage he received into stamina and mana.

technically he's not wrong. Nathan didn't blame leon for what happened or want him to blame himself. He's just mistaking his motivations.

Leon bit his lips when he realized that Nathan was trying to take the blame on himself. Nathan didn't want Leon to feel responsible for what had happened.
