That actually makes sense the alcohol causes the body to restore heat to the limbs at the cost of core body temperature but the hot soup provides heat and fuel to the core keeping it from cooling.

They do try to take morality into account but some things are not easy to judge and environment will change them.

No dryads are not human and usually only protect thier own tree which is thier true body. A druid is far more appropriate comparison.

Ok I can understand that I don't think it's right that you feel you have to but I can understand it.

it dose make a difference because it is similar to saying people eat poison becuase they consume table salt. Salt is composed of substances that in other forms are poison but NaCl is not poison.

What the Germans did is horrible but other than a few words nothing about this situation is similar. The intent and goals Roland is almost the exact opposite of what the German were doing. He is not useing them as scapegoats for his peoples problems. They are being included in his society not excluded. He certainly dose not want to kill them. Why did you even bring this up here?
