Funsies? Boredom? How do they use that power? Restrained and controlled? Against the Geneva Convention? What does that power represent? To the wielder? To the greater world around them? How did growing up with that power or lack of power shape them into the person they became? Were they bullied because of it or were they worshipped like a god?
