Its not like I disagree with your hate on habitual hypocrites but a moment of hypocrisy when your young and stupid isnt the same. I dislike the characters attitude too, but it doesn't mean I can't understand and accept that it make sense for him to be like that (considering his childhood). No parental figures to guide him or correct his behaviour, morals or values. He was practically a blank slate. Now throw him in this shithole of a world and of course he'll end up flawed. If later in the story he still is constantly hypocritical, then ill absolutely feel the same disdain for the character as well.

Like I've said before, we've all had our moments of hypocrisy, yet I find it absurd that you hate on the character for going through the same. Its called the journey of life, we reflect upon our actions, learn and grow from it. However most people don't do that until they've faced the consequences of their behaviour/actions. Your right, you don't have to like a character, im not at all offended about you hating on the character itself but your comment on hypocrisy really rubs off as holier than thou. The character is practically mentally stunted with all the trauma he's been through, of course he's gonna be flawed. No parents growing up, he had virtually no moral compass, no values... now he's finding them, even if they are a bit fucked.

Nobody's perfect, its so early In the story that I'd be very concerned if we had a perfect mc who had no flaws and complete control of his emotions. Furthermore, the dude is young, growing, and when he's lashing out he ain't exactly in the best place mentally, yknow because he believes his sister and friends are about to fucking die. He is extremely emotional of course he isn't going to act rationally, no, he'll lash out at whatever he can and in this case its the system. Lastly I guarantee u everyone has been a hypocrite more than once in their life, and I do not fucking believe for a moment you haven't either, so chill and get off ur moral high-ground, we've barely started the story.
