if I was to guess where this was going, I'd say that Barry's blood has given Peter access to speed force energy and the ability to harness it, but since his universe doesn't have a speed force, he's going to accidentally produce it himself, creating his own speed force with the limited amount of speed energy contained within Barry's DNA. I'm assuming that, in combination with all the other powers he's got, and the other forms of energy he's got access to, Peter is now producing his own speed energy. Though, I'm probably way off :/
The sensation of speed was exhilarating, but as Peter circled the moon a few times in a matter of seconds, a realization dawned upon him. Despite the incredible velocity, he didn't feel a connection to the Speed Force. He's 12, and he did practically the exact same thing in the show. Just because he's slightly more vampiric, doesn't make him all that more significantly mature or capable.

yes and no. it really depends on how you define magic. But I'm not just gunna have him learn random spells and stuff that was never really mentioned or even touched upon in the show. If he does learn magic, it's gonna be something that would plausibly be in the original show. No half assed out of pocket spell systems that don't really fit the style of stuff.
