He has only his skills to depend on. His stats will always be lower than his classmates (as long as he stays as a commoner). Not relying and training as much as possible with his skills is just gonna stunt his growth by a lot

Im guessing the better your class the more your stats will rise per lvl up. I might be wrong but i think that would make sense, otherwise a commoner and a hero of the same level having the same stats would be unrealistic
