U r right,zane is going beyond measures.he’s continuously trespassing nd harrasing,while maddy behaving all weak.she only shows retaliation against lance.she should have made pulp out of zane for repeatedly crossing the line.I’m disappointed at her behaviour bcoz at the same time she’s claiming to love lance,then why does she allow zane anywhere near her

He had a crush on her frm his childhood ,but it was unfortunate for him when the time came and they reached adulthood hale came in Maddy’s life.after that he had his own struggles and when he thought he should come to her he again missed the train,it’s just that he’s not recognising his fate;that they r not meant to be together.his actions won’t give him anything else but agony
