her chakra isn't unlocked like most of the people in this verse. you can't magically unlock something you never had any experience with.
I managed to learn quite a lot about the history of this world in those two years, I couldn't read anything about chakra or anything battle related, but learning history and geography was interesting, and would help me with the academy later on. Thinking about it, I am glad whoever or whatever sent me here made me an orphan. I don't think I would have been able to accept new parents, I loved mine too much.
