I understand you're getting frustrated I am too as you can tell by my comment, but resorting to attacking the author isn't the way. He's not stupid, I just don't happen to agree with the direction the story is going with too much focus on side characters and elements of yuri (personally don't like yuri so if it happens I'll most likely drop). Giving respectful feedback and opinions is the right way to communicate 👍🏼

Earlier you said Ray was just there to show the lives of common soldiers, but common soldiers aren't exactly killing hundreds of enemies by themselves and having a goddess (beside his wife) like them or whatever. Not liking the current direction with his introduction to the story taking the focus off Jack
