I feel like whoever made that door is seriously overcompensating for something.

Not sure why everyone is so aggressive, King has been pretty nice so far. Aside from, y'know, kidnapping them from their world, but still, excluding that, an okay person.

So everyone is just okay with being kidnapped from everything they love, and brought to fight a deadly foe for strangers? As a counter-arguement, magic. so maybe their reactions aren't that unbelievable.
He would be their trainer for the next couple of weeks. The king said that they needed to train their strength before they would be adequate to be sent to the dangers of another world, to their quest of vanquishing the demonic lord. Why is everyone so angry? The king just said it as it is, he wasn't even rude about it. What else was he supposed to have done, lie?
The way the king gave back the status plate to Del was just like when his parents gave back his test paper when he got a bad score, with full disappointment on their faces, "Your status plate is not good. That kind of status is actually below the average of this world."
