They are the easiest to befriend. I don't see how you could befriend Kiba , Shino or Ino as casually as you could those two. They accepted Naruto when no one else did so ....

The thing about systems are that most of the time they are used as a deux ex machina. It just makes the user too powerful and then there's no space for conflict in the story.
