ExpectTheLegion2mthPostedRighty-o, let’s get this going. To start with, the first few hundred chapters are great. The story is engaging, characters are interesting and have their own quirks, battles are very well written and the worldbulding leaves little to be desired. All that being said, after around 1000 chapters the quality takes a bigger nosedive than me after a semester of Lagrangian Mechanics. It feels like author just ran out of sensible ideas and decided that making most of the previous progress irrelevant whilst simultaneously declaring Felix’s will to have never been free is the best idea in the world. The whole runic system was used, like, twice? Maybe? Same with the Stormbreaker knockoff. Potionmaking reduced to basically nothing relevant. 1600 chapters worth of friendships and family relations? Gone down the drain, most probably to be seen at the end or never. I’m going to continue mostly because I’ve already eaten a big chunk of this bread ripe with mould, but my advice would be to not get invested if you really want to read this. Final words: don’t expect anything more from this than from any other novel on this app, you’ll be quite disappointed otherwise.
